What is Unplugged?
Most people would describe their drinking as normal.
Unplugged is a 30-day clarity reset designed to help you see what changes when alcohol is no longer part of the equation.
As things quiet down, many people notice clearer thinking, better sleep, steadier energy, and less mental back-and-forth.
Many also discover a stronger sense of confidence and trust in their decisions.
How It Works
WEEK 1 — UNPLUG
Step back and start noticing what's actually happening. Begin using simple tools to make the 30-day reset feel more manageable and realistic.
WEEK 2 — UNDERSTAND
Learn why alcohol can feel so confusing. Explore how it affects sleep, energy, mood, and the brain—and why what you notice may not match what you've always been told.
WEEK 3 — PRACTICE
Continue applying what you've learned in real situations. Build new ways of responding that start to feel more natural over time.
WEEK 4 — REAL LIFE
Bring that clarity into everyday life. Look back on where you started and notice what's changed—from day one to now. From there, decide what feels right for you moving forward.
Even just one or two drinks a week can have more of an impact than most people realize.
Many have taken a break before—
but often return to the same patterns they were hoping to understand.
Over time, things quietly drift back to the way they were.
Not in loud, dramatic ways—but in the background.
What Starts to Shift
Clarity
Less mental noise. More honest, steady thoughts about what you want and what actually matters to you.
Confidence
Showing up as yourself—without needing a drink to feel okay in your own skin, even when everyone around you is drinking. Trusting yourself more, bit by bit.
Consistency
More even days and steadier energy, so your choices match what matters to you.
Connection
Feeling more present—with yourself, your people, and the moments you truly care about.

What Led Me Here
My name is Kevin.
Stepping back from alcohol changed me more than I expected. It’s been over a year now, and the biggest shift wasn’t just not drinking—it was how much clearer things started to feel.
I began noticing how much space alcohol had been taking up in my mind. Not just the drinking itself, but how I found myself thinking about it more than I wanted to. As that quieted down, things felt simpler, more steady, and clearer.
It created space I hadn’t realized I needed—space to reflect more honestly on my habits and choices. Over time, something important started to come back stronger: a sense of trusting myself again.
My mood felt more stable. I handled situations differently, and the background level of tension I was used to started to ease. Overall, my mental well-being felt steadier and more balanced.
I also noticed smaller changes I wasn't expecting. My sleep started to regulate itself. I found myself going to bed when I was actually tired and waking up without needing an alarm. This was something I don't think I had ever really experienced before.
None of it felt forced—it came from having more clarity and room to notice what was actually happening.
What Started to Shift
What Unplugged Means
As a musician, the idea of unplugged has always meant something simple: stripped back.
No amplification. No distortion. Just what’s actually there.
At some point, I realized—that’s exactly what this felt like. Not adding something new, but removing the noise.
Why Unplugged Exists
That clarity didn’t just change how I felt—it gave me the space and focus to create something like this.
I realized that most people never really question alcohol at all—it’s just part of life. I’m glad I gave myself the space—and the courage—to do that.
I created Unplugged because more people are starting to question their relationship with alcohol, but don’t always have a clear way to explore it.
What People Quietly Experience
It’s often not just about drinking. It shows up in other places: sleep that never quite feels right, inconsistent energy, stress that just feels normal, or a sense of being slightly out of sync with what matters.
Nothing extreme—just small things that quietly add up over time.
A Different Approach
This isn’t about pressure or labels. It’s about creating space to understand what’s actually happening, and allowing clarity to come through.
When things feel clear, everything starts to shift.
